Her experience covers the thematic areas of Health, Livelihoods, Education, Social Protection, Gender, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and management services of qualitative and mixed method research, documentation, communication, learning and business systems. Siddhi has provided support to development projects and organisations in undertaking qualitative and mixed-methodology research, developing policy, plans, and strategies, documenting processes, content generation and management, information management, data management and analysis, development and management of learning forums, development of documentation and communication products (films, audio visual products, newsletters, training manuals, process documents, case studies, etc) and capacity building.

He co-founded the Catalyst Group comprising of Catalyst Management Services, Swasti – Health Resource Centre and Vrutti – A Livelihood Resource Centre.Shiv’s experience spans consulting, research, capacity building and implementation of development initiatives. He brings to the board innovative perspectives to address challenges in the development sector, particularly through technology. He serves on the boards of a number of NGOs and business enterprises in India as well as on several national level task forces and technical resource groups.

8Mr. Vriedagiri VivekanandMember V.Vivekanandan is one of IRMA’s first batch (1980-82) participants. He joined South Indian Federation of Fishermen Societies (SIFFS) in April 82 when it was a nascent organisation.A Fisheries expert working for strengthening livelihoods through new technology, marketing coops, microfinance, input services, etc. proponent of community based fisheries management and co-management for the last decade. . Mr V Vivekanandan has worked in the South Indian Federation of Fishermen Societies (SIFFS) for over 25 years, initiating programmes in fish marketing, boat building, micro finance, development of fish marketing societies, socio-economic research, experiments in community based resource management, etc. He has recently set up the Fisheries Management Resource Centre (fishMARC), an NGO supporting new initiatives for the fishing communities in India, and is its honorary secretary. He is also the Convener of the National Coastal Protection Campaign (NCPC), a network of NGOs and fishworker organisations across the coast. He is also a member of the International Collective in Support of Fishworkers (ICSF). He is currently, a member of the National Coastal Zone Management Authority, Govt of India and a member of the National Task force of the Bay of Bengal Large Marine Eco-system Project in India.
